B Transformed Massage Studio is a “by appointment only” business. Please schedule your appointment prior to stopping by, as I am a sole practitioner and do not have any employees.
Booking online is fast and easy. It can be done anytime.
Notice
1. All bookings require a credit card to reserve your appointment, you are not billed now.
2. All reserved appointment are subject to my scheduling policies.
3. Once confirmed you will receive a confirmation email and a request to “fill out form.” Please complete prior to your visit. If you do not receive this email within 15 minutes please reach out to me via text or phone call.
4. If you do not find an open session suits your preferences reach out to me directly.
5. Text message is the best way to reach me 715-303-1313.

Scheduling Policies
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients and my time, the following policies are honored. (Click on the specific policy for more detailed information)
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Cancellation
If a situation arises and it becomes necessary to cancel our appointment please provide a 24 hour notice. Any appointment not canceled within the 24 hour cancellation window are subject to be billed at 50% of the session fee.
No Shows
Full payment will be required for any no-shows. Exceptions are made for emergencies, please contact me directly.
