A Note About Rates and the Future of B Transformed

Hello B Transformed Community,

I want to share two important updates with you today—one about upcoming rate changes, and one about the future of B Transformed in Marshfield. My intention is to keep this clear, transparent, and honest. 

🦎 A Shift in Rates (see below)

To avoid confusion and keep everything straightforward, here is exactly how the rate change will work:

Current Booked Appointments

•  If you already have appointments on the schedule—whether they’re this month or in December—they will remain at the current rate through December 31st, 2025.
• Starting January 1st, 2026, all appointments will reflect the new rate.

Booking Window

(Now through tomorrow, Sunday, Nov 16)

• You may book additional sessions at the current rate, as long as the appointment takes place before December 31st, 2025.

Starting Monday, November 17, 2025

• Beginning Monday, any newly booked appointments—regardless of date—will be at the updated rate.

This decision comes at a time when costs continue to rise for small businesses across the country. After careful research, reflection, and evaluating what it takes to remain sustainable, I’ve updated my service rates to align with the current economic climate.

If these new rates feel out of reach for you, please don’t cancel your appointments without first reaching out. I’m always open to a conversation, and we can explore options to ensure you can continue receiving care.

I know it’s discouraging to see prices rise everywhere. I’m not immune, and I do not take rate changes lightly. This shift reflects what I need to continue offering high-quality, intentional sessions for the long term.

🦎 A Personal Note

I also want to address a question that’s been circulating: Am I leaving Marshfield?

Earlier this year, the honest answer would have been yes. I was planning on leaving, and many of you heard me say that. A specific situation in April shook me in a way I didn’t expect, and it made me question whether I wanted to stay in this community at all.

I’m not going into details here, but if you ever want to talk privately, I’m here.

What I will share is this:

• I signed a new lease for B Transformed through December 2026.
• I plan to remain in Marshfield until at least mid-2027, or longer.
• And while a future move is still on the table, this is not the season for that transition.

A lot shifted in my personal life over the summer and fall. I lightened my load. I listened to myself more closely. I gave myself space to breathe. And somewhere in that stillness, my direction changed. I let go of things, reassessed, and ultimately decided that staying—for now—is what makes the most sense for me and my family.

So the short version: B Transformed is staying in Marshfield, at this time.
